From company
Type the name of the company registering the DOI (publisher or
another company in charge of the DOI registration, e.g. content aggregator).

DOI
DOI structure
The DOI consists of an alpha-numeric character string divided in two parts:
a prefix assigned by the registration agency
and a suffix chosen by the registrant, unique for that prefix.
The suffix can have semantic value or integrate other identifiers,
standard or proprietary.

URL
Enter the URL of the online resource (web page, PDF file, e-commerce service,
etc.) to which the user will be redirected on DOI click.

Language used within metadata
Metadata language refers to the language used by the registrant to fill the editor fields.

Language used within LO
The language of the texts and/or the audio items within the LO. It is possible to specify up to three languages.
This field is used by the search engine for structured searches.

Description
Enter a brief textual description of the educational content.
This field is used by the search engine for full text searches.

Keywords
This field is used by the search engine for full text searches.
|
Version
Specify the version or the edition of the educational content (depending
either on the content upgrade or on the HW/SW technologies required to use the LO).
Example:
"1.2.alpha";
"Version 2.0, the updating of the previous version 1.9".

Publishing date
Enter the date of publication of the educational content in the form to which the DOI registration applies.
This could differ from the date of actual availability of the LO through a specific delivery channel.

Contributor
Enter the author and, if possible, other contributors names
(i.e. translator, editor, etc.); for each contributor, first select
the kind of contribution using the "Role" pull-down menu.

Contributor - Date
If available, the date of each contribution.
|
Format
Using the pull-down menu, select the main content type(s) and related file format(s) on which the LO bases.

Context
Context refers to the educational environment within which the use of this learning object is
intended to take place.

Rights descriptions
Use this free – text field to state relevant copyright information about the LO or specific
restrictions applying to its use.
Example:
"Copyright © Scorchio ES LTD 2002"
"Use of this learning object is only permitted after a donation has been made to Amnesty International".
